PRI is a privately owned corporation located in Houston, Texas. Since its inception in 1988, PRI has been owned and managed by Jolyn West Scheirman.

Prior to founding PRI, Jolyn West Scheirman obtained her supplemental staffing experience in a large hospital corporation and at a national temporary staffing firm. Mrs. Scheirman has a B.S. in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, a M.S. in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, and a M.B.A. from California Lutheran University.

Over the years, PRI has won numerous, prestigious awards, including The Houston Business Journal's "Top 50 Woman Business Owners" and one of the "Top 50 Fastest Growing Woman-Owned Businesses"! PRI is a proud member of the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants (TAPC) and the Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants (HAAPC).
